Can
I use your products in waterborne systems?
Yes,
we have a full line of waxes (Aqua Waxes) specifically
designed for waterborne systems as well as a full
line of waterborne, zero VOC dispersions and emulsions.

Which
products will lower the gloss the best in my system?
Our
Micropro and Micromatte line of micronized waxes
are designed to lower the gloss in many different
systems. Their advantage is that they will not
settle out and have a very low demand for vehicle
so they won't raise the viscosity.

What
is your most efficient product?
Very
often our Polyfluo line of products are the most
efficient. These are unique melt blend combinations
of polyethylene and PTFE. Usually addition levels
of 0.5-0.75% will provide optimum properties

How
do I choose an offset to the wax I currently use?
The
best way to choose an offset is to do it by identifying
the properties you need and then picking a wax
from our applications chart. You may find that
the recommended MPI wax is less expensive. If
you can only use a direct offset, it is best to
contact us
directly.

The
FDA has regulations, specifically outlined in
21 CFR. You will find that most of our products

Which
products will provide a texture or structure effect?
Our
Propyltex (PP) grades are carefully controlled
to provide texture to coatings for wood, metal,
or plastic substrates. Our MicroTex and Fluo 625
series will provide texture to powder coatings.

If
I use your product, will I have recoatability
problems?
At
normal usage levels you should not have any recoatabilitiy
issues. It is always important to optimize the
usage level in your formula.
