Synfluo 283TX

SYNFLUO 283TX is a unique combination of micronized waxes and a high quality Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

SYNFLUO 283TX has been formulated to impart a uniform texture (structure) effect with a combination of optimum abrasion resistance and hardness associated with synthetic wax along with the lubricity (slip) provided by PTFE. Each of the components are designed to provide properties for maximum performance when incorporated into powder coatings.SYNFLUO 283TX will give a uniform texture to powder coatings when added at levels of 1.0 - 3.0%.

SYNFLUO 283TX can be easily mixed into coatings using standard dispersion techniques. The particle size distribution is carefully controlled by microtrac laser analysis.

SYNFLUO 283TX is recommended for use in powder coatings. Optimum properties are usually achieved by adding 1.0 - 3.0% by weight. The amount required will vary depending on the application and end use requirements.
