SYNFLUO 170VF can be easily mixed into all ink and coating formulations by means of standard dispersion techniques and equipment. The particle size distribution is carefully controlled using microtrac laser analysis. Optimum properties are usually achieved by adding 0.2 - 2.0% by weight. The amount required will vary depending on the application and end use requirements.

SYNFLUO 170VF is recommended for use in the following areas: Web Offset- heat set, sheet fed (quick set), UV curing printing inks; can coatings, coil coatings, industrial paints, powder coatings and UV overprint varnishes. Care should be taken when using this product with aromatic solvents due to the synthetic wax solubility parameters.
