SYNFLUO 128TX is a unique combination of micronized
synthetic wax and PTFE.
SYNFLUO 128TX has been formulated to impart
a texturizing effect and a combination of optimum abrasion
resistance and hardness usually associated with synthetic
wax along with the lubricity (slip) provided by PTFE.
Each of the components are designed to provide properties
for maximum performance when incorporated into powder
coatings. SYNFLUO 128TX will give a uniform texture
to powder coatings when added at levels of 1.0 - 3.0%.
SYNFLUO 128TX can be easily mixed into coatings
using standard dispersion techniques. The particle size
distribution is carefully controlled by microtrac laser
analysis.
SYNFLUO 128TX is recommended for use in powder
coatings.
Optimum properties are usually achieved by adding 1.0
- 3.0% by weight. The amount required will vary depending
on the application and end use requirements.
