SUPERSLIP 6505 and 6510 are unique combinations
of wax polymers designed to impart maximum lubricity and
blocking resistance in printing ink, paint or coating
applications.
SUPERSLIP 6505 and 6510 are finely micronized
to a NPIRI grind of 3.0-4.0 for ease of dispersion.
SUPERSLIP 6505 and 6510 were developed
to meet the needs of the formulator requiring excellent
lubricity properties. SUPERSLIP 6505 and 6510
will impart excellent "feel" when incorporated into
wood or plastic coatings while maintaining excellent
blocking and abrasion resistance. Unlike other wax additives
for wood finishes, SUPERSLIP 6505 and 6510
can be easily incorporated using dispersion equipment
without the need for grinding.
Optimum usage levels range between 0.5 and 3.0 percent
based on total formula weight.
