MPP-645F

MPP-645 is a micronized, high melt point, crystalline form of polyethylene designed to increase abrasion resistance and anti-blocking characteristics in flexographic or gravure inks as well as industrial paints and coatings. The high molecular weight and hardness of this polyethylene contributes to its low solubility in organic solvents.

MPP-645 is available in three particle sizes. MPP-645XF is micronized to a NPIRI 1.0-2.0 grind. MPP-645VF is micronized to a NPIRI 2.0-3.0 grind. The MPP-645F is micronized to a NPIRI 4.0-5.0 grind. The MPP-645 grades are easily incorporated by use of a high speed mixer, eliminating the need for prior grinding or melting.
