Prior compounding or grinding are eliminated with the use of the MP-22C which can be readily dispersed into most coatings with high speed mixing. MP-22C has been processed to a 2.0-3.0 grind on a NPIRI grind gauge and is recommended for use in sheet fed (quick-set, IR) and heat set (low energy) web offset, letterpress, flexographic and gravure inks, as well as, overprint varnishes and industrial finishes. The MP-22C will impart excellent abrasion resistance, slip and anti-blocking properties when added at levels of 1-3%.
