Microspersion® 440W

MICROSPERSION 440W is a unique dispersion of finely micronized modified polypropylene wax which has been dispersed at 40% into an acrylic vehicle. No dispersants have been used in order to provide a trouble free, pourable wax dispersion. MICROSPERSION 440W allows the formulator to use highly efficient micronized waxes in liquid form.

MICROSPERSION 440W incorporates high molecular weight polymers in order to provide optimum mar and abrasion resistance. MICROSPERSION 440W is best for gloss control and a smooth non-abrasive surface on wood, metal or paper. MICROSPERSION 440W will not powder or chalk when used in exterior applications.

Additions of 2.0 - 10.0% (by weight) of MICROSPERSION 440W will provide optimum performance.

MICROSPERSION 440W is especially recommended for use in wood finishes (interior or exterior) and will stay in suspension while providing gloss reduction and burnish resistance. MICROSPERSION 440W is also suggested as a non-blocking, non-skid wax for water reducible printing inks and overprints.
