625F-H
FLUO 625F-H is a micronized polytetrafluoroethylene
(PTFE) which has been developed for use in applications
where texture, heat resistance, and lubricity are required.
FLUO 625F-H has been micronized to allow for easy
dispersion into paints and coatings. FLUO 625F-H
can be pre-dispersed into a paste before adding to paints
and coatings using high speed mixing equipment. The particle
size is carefully controlled using laser particle size
analysis equipment.
FLUO 625F-H is especially recommended for use
in all types of industrial paints and coatings.
At temperatures above 600oF, some polymer fumes may
be emitted due to oxidation of the fluorocarbon polymer.
Therefore, smoking should not be permitted when working
with this material.
