AQUA POLYFLUO 411 is a unique combination of polyethylene
and PTFE which has been modified and specifically processed
for easy dispersion into all types of aqueous printing
inks, paints and coatings.
AQUA POLYFLUO 411 has been formulated to provide
optimum levels of scuff and mar resistance along with
excellent slip and mobility. These performance characteristics
can be readily achieved using AQUA POLYFLUO 411
as the sole additive which will eliminate the need for
several ingredients to achieve the same end result.
AQUA POLYFLUO 411 is cost effective since
low levels of addition will exhibit optimum properties
and excellent gloss retention. Additions of 0.5-1.5%
(by weight) are suggested for optimum performance. However,
the level of addition will depend on end use requirements.
AQUA POLYFLUO 411 can be used in all types of
printing inks, paints and coatings. However, this product
is especially recommended for use in the following areas:
Flexographic (paper or film), packaging gravure (paper
or carton) and publication gravure printing inks; water
reducible wood finishes, coil coatings, industrial finishes
and latex paints; aqueous coatings for two piece cans
and offset printed folding overprint varnishes.
