Procedure

  1. Combine Phase A in a suitable blender and mix until uniform.
  2. Pulverize two times through a 0.20" herringbone screen.
  3. Check pigment dispersion, additional pulverizations may be needed.
  4. Return the Phase A to the blender and add Phase B. Mix until uniform.
  5. Pass the combined phases through a pulverizer equipped with a 0.062" herringbone screen.
  6. Return the product to the blender and spray in Phase C. Mix until uniform.
  7. Pass the batch through the pulverizer twice (0.062").
  8. Check the oil dispersion, additional pulverization may be needed.
